Our Slovak Fort Boyard has been open for almost 2 years. In the beginning we had tried different booking systems, online reservations which would be functional for us and easy to make for our clients, but to no avail. From our point of view Bookio is currently the most effective booking system on the market. Clients have the option to book online. They will not forget about the appointment as the system sends automatic reminders. We have a great view of reservations, data analytics and other useful outputs. We are pleased that Bookio gives us room for dialogueand is willing to make improvements according to our needs.

Thanks to Bookio, we have a perfect overview of the utilization of our employees. We even applied motivational bonuses to it, which has significantly increased not only the efficiency of their work but also the motivation to maintain a high standard of service, which has been much appreciated by our customers.

We use Bookio in both our bars- Bukowski and Baudelaire. Previously, we handled bookings through a combination of social media messages and phone calls, which led to various misunderstandings. After the implementation of the Bookio system, our colleagues have less trouble with taking down bookings manually , we have fewer errors in reservations, and we also appreciate the flexibility of the system, in which we can < b>turn off and on individual zones of bars according to the season and set the maximum number of bookings for different days.

The implementation of the Bookio reservation system in our operation has helped us greatly to with the management of bookings - it is more efficient, it saves our time and it has helped us optimize our capacities, as in a restaurant, as well as in the accommodation. We are very pleased with the system, but also with customer support - the Bookio team is always willing to help and solve our problems.
