With this feature, you can easily set up services that require a minimum of two workers. If you have multiple qualified workers, the system will automatically take their availability into account and offer your customers dates when at least two workers are available. It will not offer them times when two workers are not working, and all bookings will automatically be saved in the calendars of the participating workers. This system will make your planning easier and ensure that bookings are always at the right time with a sufficient number of workers.

Our hotel was one of the first hotels that started using the Bookio system for sales, but also as a hotel reservation system for wellness procedures. The Bookio reservation system made our reservations more transparent and facilitated and modernized work in our new wellness center of the hotel. Bookio helped especially with regard to the timing of the procedures, as our hotel offers a wide range of them. Customers call less and book the service directly online. We have fewer phone calls and customers are satisfied that they can make a reservation at any time of the day or night. We also appreciate the possibility of payment in advance , which brought us a decrease in forfeited reservations.

Au Cafe was the first restaurant in the Roman Restaurants chain to test BookioPro. We immediately liked it and recommended it not only to our colleagues in the Roman Restaurants network, but also to fellow managers from other establishments.

We wanted to make it as easy as possible for our guests to get to us. We didn't want them to have to make phone calls, which often annoys them, we simply wanted to be as accommodating as possible. We chose Bookio also because it is not just a sales tool but a all-in-one booking system, which is unique in the Czech Republic. We didn't want the reservation system to just resell seats in our restaurants and take commissions from it.

At Hotel Devín, we have worked hard to ensure that our client can book any of our services quickly and conveniently. With the accommodation booking system it is quite easy, because there are several excellent solutions on the market. However, we had a problem with the technology for booking our Spa services, Thai massages and squash in particular. This gap was successfully "filled" by Bookio. What I appreciate most about their solution is the ease of booking an appointment for the client and theemail or SMS notifications, which are very convenient for the client.
